Saturday night I celebrated a friend’s birthday at Napoleon Bistro and Lounge in Adams Morgan. We did not go for dinner so I cannot speak for the Bistro part, but the Lounge downstairs, which is labeled a champagne bar on the website, was a great time. Good music, lots of drink options, and good decor. It was a bit small, had limited seating, and got crowded pretty fast…but after a couple of glasses of their signature champagne drinks, I stopped noticing. Napoleon Bistro is located at 1847 Columbia Road, NW.
