Wine Night!

In 2000, two wine writers from the Wall Street Journal instituted Open That Bottle Night, a night to open the bottle of wine that you have been saving for a special occasion. The reasoning, other than another great excuse to drink wine, was that those “special occasion” bottles would often sit waiting for that special day for so long, that they would go bad.
